Signature HealthCARE of Clarksville is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in daily operations, policy compliance, and staff development within a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The role emphasizes detailed orientation, organization, and regulatory knowledge to maintain high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years nursing experience, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, an active RN license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overall operation of the department in accordance with company policies and nursing standards and regulations.
• Manage administrative areas within the Nursing Department and delegate authority as appropriate.
• Support and train stakeholders to provide high-quality resident care and ensure compliance.
