Job summary

Optim Healthcare in Reidsville, GA is seeking an RN/LPN Nursing Admin Clinical Analyst (FT) to support nursing leadership through clinical data analysis, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.

The analyst collects, validates, analyzes, and interprets clinical data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decisions across nursing services, collaborating with nursing leadership, quality, IT, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare, nursing administration, clinical quality, healthcare analytics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records and healthcare reporting systems preferred.
• Experience with performance improvement, quality metrics, regulatory reporting, or nursing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics for nursing leadership.
• Monitor nursing-sensitive indicators, patient outcomes, staffing trends, productivity, and quality measures.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify opportunities to improve workflows, clinical processes, and patient care delivery.
• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of performance improvement initiatives.
• Track action plans and improvement outcomes to evaluate effectiveness of changes.
• Assist nursing leadership with operational assessments and special projects.
