Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA is seeking an experienced nurse leader for the 7:00pm–7:00am weekend shift, overseeing quality patient care and safe operations. You will direct admissions and bed control to maintain flow and supervise nursing staff across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain quality patient care that supports safety on assigned shift.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to optimize flow.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate staffing on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Serve as on-site hospital administrator after normal business hours and coordinate disaster plan activities.
