Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• At least two years of registered nurse experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Current RN license and BLS certification in the appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Serving as a resource and providing support for patient emergencies.
• Managing patient flow and evaluating care effectiveness.
• Responding to patient care complaints and managing incident command during disasters.
• Contributing to staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring safety and performing other assigned duties.
