Job summary

Cedarville University School of Nursing invites applications for online and residential adjuncts to instruct in our undergraduate and graduate programs. Adjuncts may be utilized on a temporary, part-time basis to provide instruction during the academic year as needs arise.

Residential adjunct positions are located in Cedarville, Ohio; online roles may be remote in many US states with California, Hawaii, and D.C. excluded.

Qualifications

• MSN or BSN graduate.
• Prior teaching experience.
• Expertise in the discipline to be taught.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to integrate Bible into assessments and interactions.
• Willingness to learn Canvas and other delivery platforms.
• Born-again Christian and alignment with Doctrinal Statement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in accordance with the syllabus.
• Teach courses per University guidelines.
• Be available on weekends or evenings for communication.
• Motivate and assist students to achieve learning objectives.
• Model Christ-like attitudes and values in interactions.
• Incorporate biblical worldview into teaching and engagement.
