Job summary

Weatherford College invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. The position supports online, hybrid, and in-person instruction and requires a Master’s degree (or higher) with appropriate nursing credentials and experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, be able to teach in online, face-to-face, and dual credit formats, and comply with college policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SACS credential standards required; typically earned Master’s degree in teaching discipline or Master’s with 18 graduate hours in teaching discipline.
• Transcripts, certificates, and/or licenses must be submitted with application.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the approved discipline and facilitate student learning outcomes.
• Mentor students inside and outside of the classroom.
• Deliver instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, online/Zoom, or dual credit contexts; adhere to College policies.

Education
