Qualifications

Minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing by date of hire.
Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing.
Two (2) years of full-time clinical experience in medical/surgical nursing within the last five (5) years.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and nursing practice tech.
Experience working within nursing teams.
Ability to work with a diverse student body, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

Team-teach lecture courses and/or teach courses individually.
Work with the Nursing Associate Dean and full-time nursing faculty team.
Assume responsibility for instruction in medical/surgical nursing theory within courses.
Participate in weekly nursing team meetings each semester.
Develop and evaluate course materials consistent with program guidelines.
