Class schedules will vary from semester to semester. Classes may meet in the daytime, evenings, weekends, or online. Faculty may be asked to work a split schedule (morning and evening classes) as well as teach dual enrollment courses in assigned high schools.
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as three (3) years of recent nursing practice and two (2) years of clinical experience in medical surgical nursing, obstetrics nursing, pediatric nursing, mental health, or long-term care experience required. Master's degree in Nursing will be required for applicants teaching transferable lecture courses. A current South Carolina Multi-State (compact license) to practice as a registered nurse is required.
