Job summary

Seminole State College of Florida is seeking adjunct nursing faculty to teach courses, develop syllabi, prepare and deliver instruction, and assess student work. The role includes using CANVAS, maintaining communication with students and colleagues, and participating in curriculum improvement to promote student success.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license in Florida with a Master of Science in Nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and have 2–5 years of nursing

Qualifications

RN license (FL) and MS in Nursing, or RN license (FL) and BSN.
Two to five years of nursing experience.
Computer and Internet skills.

Responsibilities

Teach assigned courses and develop syllabi.
Deliver instruction and design assessments.
Grade student work and provide timely feedback.
Engage in professional development and use CANVAS.
