Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs to join our care team. This role involves directing daily CNA activities, participating in admissions and discharges, and administering medications per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Nurse Position Summary

As a LPN or RN at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
