Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an entry-level Yard Associate in Tonopah, AZ to assist with daily nursery operations and customer service. The role involves yard organization, loading/unloading plants, and helping customers with purchases.

You will perform equipment maintenance, help keep the yard tidy, and adhere to safety guidelines while working a full-time schedule. A high school diploma is preferred, and lifting up to 75 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience with manual labor and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic nursery equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the nursery yard for a clean, orderly, and attractive appearance.
• Perform routine maintenance on nursery equipment, including vehicles and hand tools.
• Assist with loading and unloading plants, trees, and other nursery products for customers and deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols while performing yard tasks and operate equipment safely.
• Demonstrate availability to work any day of the week.
