Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an experienced General Labor staff member to support nursery operations and customer service in Phoenix. The role involves keeping the yard tidy, performing maintenance on equipment, and helping customers with loading plants and merchandise into vehicles.

Qualifications

Ability to perform manual labor.
Previous experience with operating power tools, hand tools, and other equipment preferred.
Ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain the nursery yard to keep a clean, orderly appearance and assist with merchandise arrangement.
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on nursery equipment, including vehicles, forklifts, and hand tools.
Assist with loading/unloading plants and nursery products into various vehicles while delivering friendly customer service.
Support customers and colleagues by helping load/unload items into cars, trucks, trailers, and vans.
Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
