Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a management-level leader to oversee a full-service retail nursery operation in Naples, FL. You will own operations or customer service duties, ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment, and drive outstanding service while managing policies, audits, and staff development.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail operations with supervisory experience, strong HR/sales fundamentals, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail operations.
• 1+ year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience in retail, nursery, landscaping, or related environment preferred.
• Solid management skills with HR & sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a full-service MVN retail nursery operation (Store).
• Own assigned Operations or Customer Service duties and responsibilities.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain store policies, conduct staff meetings, store walk-throughs and audits.
