Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop Store personnel and managers.
• Strong understanding of sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead and train store staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure inventory control, loss prevention, and safety compliance.
• Manage pricing, POS transactions, and customer service quality.
• Coordinate store merchandising, promotions, and display standards.
