Job summary

Stepping Stone Day Nursery in Bristol is seeking a full-time Nursery Room Leader who will oversee the daily running of a room, lead a small team, and ensure children engage in stimulating activities supporting learning and development in line with EYFS.

You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues. The role offers a £29,640 salary per annum plus a £1,000 Welcome Bonus.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Strong passion for early years education.

About the Role

Stepping Stone Day Nursery is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.
