Job summary

Partou Stepping Stones Day Nursery & Pre-school in Bristol is seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee the full-time 40-hour week role, ensuring smooth operation of the setting and high-quality early years provision.

You will lead a team, provide engaging EYFS-aligned activities, and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues to support children's holistic development.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding commitment.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education and child development.
• Maths GCSE required and supportive attitude toward learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursery team to run the setting smoothly.
• Ensure children engage in activities that support learning and development in line with EYFS.

About the Role

PartouStepping StonesDay Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitionerto take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Managerto ensure the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
