Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced General Labor team member to support nursery operations and customer service.

You will perform a range of tasks including yard organization, equipment maintenance, loading and unloading plants, and assisting customers to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires flexibility, safety awareness, and the ability to work across the sales yard.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Previous experience with operating power tools, hand tools, and other equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining the nursery yard to keep a clean, orderly, and attractive appearance.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on nursery equipment and tools.
• Assist with loading and unloading plants, trees, and other nursery products into vehicles, providing friendly customer service.
• Support customers and colleagues by loading/unloading items into various vehicles and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques while working in the yard.
• Demonstrated availability to work any day of the week.
