Job summary

Green Circle Growers Inc. in Oberlin, OH is seeking a General Labor associate to prepare flowers and plants for shipping, including planting, cultivating, and maintaining nursery stock such as perennials, bedding plants, plugs, liners, and hanging baskets.

You will load and unload trucks, move containers, assemble orders, and maintain clean work areas while following safety practices. Requires 3 months of nursery/manufacturing/shipping experience, 18+, and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of nursery/manufacturing/assembly/shipping/receiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have availability to work Saturdays and additional hours as dictated by schedule

Responsibilities

• Pot and plant seedlings, fill and label trays, and prepare products for loading.
• Move containerized plants using carts and assist with loading/unloading.
• Maintain organized docks and ensure accurate order assembly.
• Follow safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of production areas
