Swift Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice qualification. You’ll be supported remotely while you gain practical childcare experience in a nurturing environment.

You’ll participate in hands-on activities, observe and record progress, and collaborate with a team of dedicated childcare professionals. The apprenticeship includes paid time off as you learn and grow toward a full-time role.
