• Oversee shift reports and rounds to ensure safe, clean care.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records per policy.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to call lights promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff effectively.
• Attend departmental meetings and trainings as directed.
