Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff to ensure efficient unit operation and goal attainment.
• Collaborate with DON, NP, and physicians to plan and maintain resident care.
• Complete admission/discharge assessments and manage care plan updates.
• Maintain resident records per state and federal guidelines.
• Deliver hands-on care and administer medications as needed.
• Audit charting, forms, and administrative tasks.
• Provide education and coaching to nursing staff.
