SGMC Health in Georgia is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager to oversee one or more medical/surgical units. This full-time role requires strong clinical leadership, budget oversight and the ability to coordinate care across shifts to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

You will lead staff development, mentor teams, and collaborate with physicians and the broader healthcare team. A Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and 4 years of nursing or related leadership experience are expected.

Formación

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related area strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certification in appropriate specialty preferred.
• Four (4) years experience in nursing or paramedicine experience (a combination of experience is acceptable), including leadership, supervision, and/or management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Has twenty-four hour accountability for the overall operation of one or more nursing units.
• Coordinates unit-based quality assessment and improvement efforts.
• Manages unit(s) within established budgetary parameters.
• Serves as the primary liaison between unit(s) and other members of the healthcare team.
