Job summary

UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager to oversee daily operations of the LPH GI Lab. This on-site leadership role requires strong staff management, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight to align with hospital objectives.

You will lead scheduling, performance reviews, recruitment, and patient care coordination with physicians and teams. A BSN is required, with RN licensure and BLS; a master’s degree is preferred, plus at least 3 years of progressive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in nursing required.
• RN license required.
• BLS required.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals and objectives aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage staff relations, performance, scheduling, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; justify needs for systems/equipment.
