Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Clinical Assistant Manager to lead nursing teams, align staffing with patient needs, and ensure safe, high-quality care. You will partner with the Clinical Manager on performance improvement, budgeting, and professional development.

This role requires RN licensure, two years of clinical nursing experience, and BSN preferred, with leadership exposure. You will participate in councils and help promote standards of practice across units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in clinical nursing practice.
• One (1) year experience in leadership or charge role preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of PI Plan initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Ensures personnel work hours meet unit needs and supports efficient patient flow.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and uses data to meet expectations.
• Maintains visibility on the unit and collaborates with managers and staff.
