Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a fast-paced inpatient nursing unit, coordinating daily operations and ensuring safe, patient-centered care. The role supports staffing decisions, regulatory compliance, and ongoing quality initiatives, while mentoring staff and promoting a collaborative learning culture.

You will partner with the Nurse Manager to drive patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience through evidence-based practice and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit operations and support staffing/scheduling needs.

• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff; contribute to onboarding.
• Assist with performance feedback and foster a collaborative, inclusive learning culture.
• Partner with the Nurse Manager to improve patient outcomes and the care experience.
