ACLS may be required depending on area; national certification within 3 years of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• National Certification in specialty area required within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support Nurse Manager in daily unit operations and staff coordination.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and oversee nursing staff performance.
