The University of Miami is seeking a nursing leader to oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit and ensure patient care meets standards of practice and aligns with organizational priorities. You will collaborate with Nurse Leaders to implement goals and monitor staffing, documentation, and quality metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of relevant experience.
