University of Miami Health System is seeking a nursing leader to oversee daily unit operations and staff deliverables in a dynamic health system. The role supports patient care excellence and the execution of standards of practice across shifts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational management, change leadership, and strong communication, while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and PI initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Valid State of Florida RN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes, organizes, and prioritizes work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Oversees daily operations of the nursing unit and personnel.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and assumes 24/7 responsibility when required.
• Implements improvement initiatives and collaborates with Nurse Leaders on goals and standards.
