Centra Health in Lynchburg, Virginia, is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership on a nursing unit, oversee quality patient care, and align with the organization’s strategic plan. The Nurse Manager will lead staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and recruitment, ensure regulatory compliance and budget adherence, and promote staff development and a healthy work environment.

Must hold a BSN with MSN or equivalent and an RN license.

Formación

• BSN or BS with MSN and nursing leadership experience.
• Two years of nursing experience with a leadership/charge nurse background.
• Virginia RN license (may hold a compact license) and AHA BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of quality patient care.
