Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Florida RN license is required.
• 3–5 years of related management experience preferred.
• 3 years of RN experience in Critical Care/ICU is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: align unit goals with nursing leadership and organizational priorities.
• People Leadership: engage staff, hold accountability, and recognize performance.
• Leads LEAN/process improvement workgroups and supports care excellence.
• Conducts structured huddles, addresses staffing issues with unions, and promotes CARE values.
• Develops staff through mentoring and succession planning on shift operations.
• Oversees staffing, patient flow, and nursing documentation for assigned shift.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality metrics.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and budgetary planning.
