• Ability to organize and document data accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients under supervision.
• Performs basic nursing tasks and assists with ADL according to unit policy.
• Observes patient conditions, reports needs and vital signs to licensed nurse promptly.
• Documents data legibly and accurately; records I&O and other metrics.
• Transports patients, supplies, and assists with unit housekeeping as needed.
