Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Saint Francis Hospital Nurse Technician Training Program or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• 0–6 months related healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to an assigned group of patients under supervision.
• Perform procedural tasks and assist with activities of daily living, considering patient age and psychosocial factors.
• Observe and report patient condition, needs, and progress to licensed nurse in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge appropriate to patient population.
• Record treatments and procedures legibly and accurately in unit records.
• Document vital signs, intake and output, and other data promptly.
