Responsibilities

• Observes and reports patient status and needs to licensed nurses in a timely manner.
• Records treatments, vital signs, and I&O accurately and legibly.
• Performs environmental tasks and assists with activities of daily living as needed.
• Transports patients, supplies, and specimens as necessary.
