Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to an assigned group of patients under supervision.
• Assist with ADL and age-appropriate care.
• Observe and report patient condition and needs to licensed nurse.
• Document data and treatments legibly and accurately.
• Record vital signs, inputs/outputs, and other data promptly.
• Transports patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
