Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a Nurse Tech to support patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You’ll perform clinical procedures, assist with daily needs, and gain hands-on experience in multiple care areas.

Designed to fit student schedules, this role offers flexible hours, full/part-time and PRN options, shift differentials for evenings and nights, and career‑support benefits such as tuition reimbursement. Mercy fosters growth while supporting patient outcomes.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
• Completed Fundamentals of Nursing (transcripts and competency list required).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required within one month of hire.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking; ability to bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
