Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or related program with documentation.
• Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with bedside care, EKG and phlebotomy duties as trained.
• Maintain a safe, clean and patient-friendly environment on the unit.
