Provide compassionate patient-focused care and perform select duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Help improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Demonstrate teamwork and raise the bar for patient care.

This is a part-time (5 shifts biweekly) evening shift position (3:30PM - midnight) at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, with weekends required.

Preferred Criteria

• At least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Technician

Required Criteria

• High school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant Certificate, along with EKG and Phlebotomy Certificates
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and position patients of all weights with assistance, including dexterity of fingers, hands, arms, and feet, and sensory requirements of speech, touch, vision, and hearing within normal range with correction.

Salary Range

$27.94 - $30.92 per hour
