Qualifications

• Current registered respiratory therapist (RRT) license in state of practice.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with breathing-related conditions.
• Provide patient education on therapies and medication use.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition during therapies.
• Respond to codes and assess patient condition during emergencies.
• Participate in performance improvement and required education.
