Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital South, L.L.C. is seeking a Nurse Technician to provide patient care under the supervision of an Oklahoma-licensed nurse, following the nursing process to help improve patient function.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and completion of the Saint Francis Nurse Technician Training or a CNA program, with CPR certification due within 30 days. 0–6 months of health care experience is considered. This is a full-time day shift in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of Saint Francis Hospital Nurse Technician Training or CNA program.
• 0–6 months healthcare-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to assigned patients under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living, considering patient age and psychosocial factors.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse.
• Perform technical procedures as delegated and maintain unit-specific skills.
• Document data accurately and legibly according to policy.
• Record vital signs, I&O, and other data promptly.
• Support unit goals and participate in educational activities.
• Attend required in-services and meet unit standards.
• Transport patients, supplies, and specimens as needed.
