Enrollment in NLN School of Nursing is required, with progression through Nurse Tech levels. Must obtain BCLS and complete de-escalation training within 90 days of orientation. Strong computer and communication skills are expected.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in NLN School of Nursing, progressing through Nurse Tech levels.
• Must complete BCLS certification and de-escalation training by orientation end (90 days).
• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Outlook/Word) expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fundamentals of nursing care under RN supervision.
• Follow plan of care and hospital procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and de-escalation as needed.
• Report to RN and care managers on patient status.
