Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Preferred — Certification in clinical specialty area.

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies appropriate for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources; serves as leader on the interdisciplinary team.
