Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients, families, and groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient satisfaction and staff morale while advancing nursing practices.
• Adapts care to the patient population with respect for privacy and cultural considerations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
