Cayuga Health in Montour Falls, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assess, monitor, document and report changes in patient conditions while delivering safe, patient-centered care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires graduation from a Registered Nursing Program and current NYS RN licensure. Prior patient care and_customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Registered Nursing Program.
• Current NYS RN licensure.
• Prior patient care and customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS or specialty certification may be required per care area.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, monitors, documents, and reports changes in patient conditions while providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborates effectively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintains thorough EMR documentation and clinical competency through required education and ongoing professional development.
• Promotes evidence-based practices and participates in unit councils and staff meetings.
