Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a registered nurse responsible for using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate a patient care plan. You will collaborate with the health care team to promote evidence-based care in a healing culture for patients and their families.

In this role you will mentor field staff, maintain current proficiency with Medicare COPs and Joint Commission standards, and perform other related duties as assigned to ensure high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Uses the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Collaborates with all health care team members to promote evidence-based care in a healing culture for the patient population and families.
• Mentors field staff in caring for patients across the care continuum.
• Keeps current proficiency regarding Medicare COPs and Joint Commission standards.
