Job summary

Management & Training Corporation’s Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT seeks a qualified RN to oversee wellness services for students and supervise LPN staff under the health and wellness director. This full-time position ensures compliance with DOL requirements and state regulations.

You will provide nursing care, coordinate with medical providers, oversee immunizations, maintain records, and participate in on-call rotations to support student health needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted registered nurse license in the state of employment.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students as authorized by the medical provider and within scope of practice for state-specific nurse practice act.
• Provide supervision to LPN staff to ensure compliance with state regulations and nurse practice act.
• Oversee wellness clinic in the HWD's absence and ensure DOL and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with health providers, participate in student health record audits, and assist with SOP implementation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide guidance outside regular hours for urgent situations.
