Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013, maintaining a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

Mount Carmel Care Center is looking for a motivated and caring Nurse Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse. This is a Full-Time Evening Shift position (3 pm to 11 pm) with once/month on-call. We offer up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, with pay ranging from $33.50 to $43 per hour based on license, experience, and shift differentials.

Qualifications:

• Current MA RN or LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in nursing supervision or management in Long-Term Care
• BLS Certification required

Job Summary:

• Perform thorough assessments of residents
• Manage staff on each unit, ensure proper resources, and coordinate staffing
• Provide hands-on nursing care as necessary
• Investigate, document, review, and report incidents correctly
• Work on-call when needed and oversee new admissions in the absence of Nursing Managers
• Communicate effectively with providers, resident families, and administration
