Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Maryland.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for interprofessional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, person‑centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate documentation per clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility-wide clinical goals.
