Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and maintaining high quality patient care. This role collaborates closely with the Medical Director and Administrator to optimize daily operations in our nursing center.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license in Georgia, with a licensed clinical background and BLS CPR certification, and prefers nursing administration experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or completion of an approved LPN program.
• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Georgia.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience in nursing administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs nursing care for patients and supervises nursing assistants.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the nursing center.
• Collaborates with Administrator, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing Services to provide appropriate patient care.
• Manages day-to-day nursing operations and workflow in the nursing center.
• Oversees patient safety, quality of care, and staff performance.
