Job summary

NIGHT TIME SUPERVISOR

HOURS ARE: 9:00 PM TO 5:00 AM - In House
Mon-Thu On Call – After 4:30 PM
Mon-Fri Supervisor – 9pm-5am (32 hours/week)
Tue-Sat On Call 5am-7am (Up to 8 hours/week)
On Call is paid a bonus ($25/day) plus actual time at base wage rate
LPN rate of pay is $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
RN rate of pay is $37.00 to $40.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provides positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered RN or Licensed Nurse LPN / LVN with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork.

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN / LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be CPR certified
• Reliable transportation required
