Charlton Place Rehabilitation & Health Care is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing care delivery during weekend shifts and mentor nursing staff. The role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and integrates with physicians and medical teams.

You will lead operations during your shift, maintain high professional standards, and maintain compassionate, resident-centered care for seniors in a licensed facility.

Qualifications

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care delivery is consistent with the company missions and policies and accepted standards of practice.
• Oversee overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift; mentor staff.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Nurse Supervisor | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
